Public Health Nurse Visiting Grade 7s on November 14

Our Public Health Nurse will be visiting on November 14th at 9 AM to distribute a reminder form to the Grade 7 students about vaccinations for Hepatitis B, Human Papillomavirus (HPV), and Meningitis (Men C-ACYW-135) which will occur on November 22nd.
This form is a friendly reminder for parents to complete the online consent form if they haven’t already done so. During the visit, the PHN will provide a brief description of what to expect on the day of the immunization, what vaccinations students may be receiving and to answer any questions the students may have.
The visit will take about 15-20 minutes.
